Southeast Soccer Club Meeting Minutes
November 9, 2005
- Plans are in the works for
the Winter Indoor District Tournament, hopefully again at Conn College .
- We hope all premier teams
are playing at least the 2nd/3rd sessions indoor.
We are playing at North Branford, Oakwood, and Farmington.
- The SE club is holding
firm that we will have age appropriate teams. We have lost some players
that wanted to play up. They have left for districts that allow players
to play up. There was much discussion about players playing for 2 different
districts, which is illegal, and the ethics of leaving a team in
mid-season to transfer to a team in another district.
- Player contracts and
agreements were discussed to solidify players association with the club.
- There was discussion about
ways to make more the club more visible.
- Make sure all your players
are registered prior to their stepping on a practice field.
- Make sure all volunteers
have filled out a volunteer registration form.
- U-15s and up look at
re-kitting as needed.
